Returns and exchanges
We guarantee our workmanship and the quality of the materials used. However if you find your product is defective or faulty you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase at: contact@ELLKA.com.au for a replacement for item of equal value. The item needs to be in original packaging and have swing tags still attached. Please ship items back to us within 14 working days of delivery. Return postage costs are payable by the buyer.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your parcel is returned to us, (returned to sender) we will contact you to obtain the correct address, this will incur additional shipping fees.
We do not exchange / refund for made to order purchases or items which have been personalised unless they are deemed to be faulty.
We do not exchange / refund for damage caused by misuse of product.
We do not refund for change of mind but can offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@ellka.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
