All ELLKA pieces are unique and handmade in our Melbourne studio in small scale production.

Due to our small production team and the handmade nature of our products, items will take approximately between 1-2 WEEKS to create before they are shipped.

If an item is out of stock this means it is not currently produced or we are working hard to prepare more stock. Keep checking as it may be available again in future. Please feel free to contact us if you require items urgent or if you have any other questions.

If your order consists of multiple items and does not fit our maximum size packaging, the order will be shipped to you in additional parcels. We will inform you of this and also let you know the total number of parcels that will be shipped to you. No additional charges will apply for Australian customers. 

ELLKA uses Australia Post, Sendle, Pack & Send to send items Australia wide and Internationally.

ELLKA also uses Go People couriers for Melbourne local orders.

Express shipping (1-2 Business Days) 0-5kg: $15.00 5-10kg: $20.00


Standard and Express International Shipping costs are automatically calculated for your country at checkout. All Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order. 
Standard shipping: (10-15 business days)

Express Shipping: (3-7 business days)

We will not be held responsible for any duties or customs charges which may be incurred.

If your country is not listed at checkout please send and email with the name of your country so we can add it. 

Returns and exchanges

We guarantee our workmanship and the quality of the materials used. However if you find your product is defective or faulty you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase at: for a replacement for item of equal value. The item needs to be in original packaging and have swing tags still attached. Please ship items back to us within 14 working days of delivery. Return postage costs are payable by the buyer.

Return costs be WILL be paid by the seller only if returning a faulty item.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your parcel is returned to us, (returned to sender) we will contact you to obtain the correct address, this will incur additional shipping fees.

We do not exchange / refund for made to order purchases or items which have been personalised unless they are deemed to be faulty.

We do not exchange / refund for damage caused by misuse of product.

We do not refund for change of mind but can offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase.
